Where does the Mac version store the save game files or how can I transfer my PC saves to the version for Steam for Mac? Games & Data are stored under - C: Program Files Steam steamapps You can move Steam if you want to, you can launch games from within Steam, or you can create shortcuts on your desktop with Steam. Steam games place their save games depending on where the developer wants to put them. Sometimes it's in the Root folder of my docs. Sometimes it's in a My Games folder.

1. Go to steampowered.com in your browser.

5. Double-click on steam.dmg to launch the installer.

6. Click on Agree button.

7. Drag Steam into the applications folder.

How to download a Steam game onto your Mac

1. Launch Steam from the Launchpad.

2. Wait for Steam to update. The hobbit game mac.

4. Go through the necessary steps to create an account.

6. Browse the store for a game you want to download. You'll need to make sure it's compatible with Mac. You'll see the Apple logo on any game that can be played on Mac.

    I Currently have a 2008 Mac Pro that I can install Windows on to use as my gaming PC if it will perform well. 11. Fill out your payment information.

12. Click Continue.

    

13. Click the checkbox to agree to the terms.

14. Click Purchase.

From here your game will begin to download, and you can start playing as soon as it's done, so go nuts!
